Rainbow-cakes, Splitcakes or Onestrokes
These are all names for a container of facepaint containing different colours. Usually the one-stroke is used with a brush (smaller container) and the others are used with a sponge
- Application with Sponge: Place the damp sponge at one end of the cake and swipe across to the other side, back and forth without lifting. This helps keep the lines in place. When sponge is fully loaded, place on the area to be designed and “pat” colours onto the skin.
- Application with Brush: Place the wet brush at one end of the cake and swipe to the other side, back and forth without lifting. This helps keep the colours in place. When brush is fully loaded, brush the colours on.
